Shairoz Claridge has 30 years healthcare experience as a pharmacist and in commissioning and transforming NHS services. She currently provides strategic leadership for regional cardiac, diabetes, respiratory and stroke integrated delivery networks.
She has extensive experience of managing an NHS commissioning organisation, service redesign of elective care and long-term conditions services, and medicines optimisation. Shairoz was previously commissioning lead for elective care and long-term conditions services, enabling planning for healthcare services, developing strategic plans and implementation of transformation priorities. She was also the senior responsible officer for personalised care at the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance.
Shairoz has a BSc (Hons) in pharmacy, a clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy and is a qualified independent prescriber.
