For the last eight years Sam has held leadership roles to design and implement new integrated care systems. He joined the NHS graduate management training scheme after training to be a lawyer. He has worked in hospital management and commissioning roles for NHS organisations in London and the south of England as well as advising on improvement initiatives for healthcare systems in other European countries.
