Matthew has a broad NHS and industry background covering primary, secondary, tertiary and commissioning functions in the NHS. Prior to the NHS, Matthew worked in charitable health and social care, technology, finance and medical publishing. He has a BA from Stanford University, MBA from the University of Oxford and is a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
