Gayle is a partner at Mishcon De Reya where she leads on digital health within the life sciences group. Gayle has worked with NHS clients for over 25 years and now works with health technology clients based in the UK and overseas, many of whom supply, or would like to supply, the NHS. She advises them on protecting intellectual property, licensing, commercialisation and collaboration contracts. Gayle has recently chaired events on the role of digital healthtech in improving patient outcomes, femech empowering women and the effect of health outcomes on social mobility. She has held non-executive director roles in the NHS and in the private sector and was seconded to the Department of Health for several years on and off working on programmes involving the private sector.
