Elcie has led Otsuka’s digital health business in Europe for the past four years. She is responsible for developing the strategy and driving implementation across all aspects of the European business for Otsuka’s digital health pipeline and for future business development. Since joining Otsuka in 2015, Elcie has held several leadership roles including commercial director for a new pharmaceutical product launch across Europe and market access director for the psychiatry portfolio.
Prior to Otsuka, Elcie was a consultant with an international market access consultancy and has worked across many different therapeutic areas (including oncology, nephrology and ophthalmology) supporting a number of pharmaceutical products from top 10 pharma companies across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. She has a research scientist background, a postdoctoral associate at Yale University and a PhD from Imperial College London.
