Bill has 20 years experience in private sector engineering, business improvement and strategic sourcing, gained from aerospace and automotive
supply chain applications consulting practice manager and eBusiness advisor for a software and consulting provider.
He has a further 20 years experience in NHS urgent and emergency care, design delivery and adoption of Trust electronic patient records, and optimising benefit realisation. Bill is
currently delivering the OUH annual digital programme and digital service modernisation.
