Is the venue wheelchair accessible? 

Yes, the venue is fully accessible with ramps at the entrance, lifts, and accessible toilets. 

I have specific dietary requirements. Can they be accommodated?

Can I transfer my delegate pass to a colleague? 

If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer your delegate pass via Eventbrite or contact info@healthinnovationoxford.org 

Will there be a cloakroom at the event?

Yes, a cloakroom will be available on the ground floor free of charge.

Will there be horse racing during the event?

No! We have exclusive use of the Grandstand.
